Thank you for shopping at APEX GARDEN. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for our US store.

1. Order Processing Time & Out-of-Stock Items

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Out-of-Stock Notification: In the rare event that an item becomes temporarily out of stock after your order is placed, we will promptly notify you via email. We will offer you the flexibility to either cancel your order for a full refund immediately or choose to keep the order active and wait until the item is restocked for shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Shipping: We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive after shipment, depending on your location. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and subject to carrier transit times.

3. Shipping Carriers

To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for our heavy gazebo accessories and parts, all orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment centers and shipped via major domestic carriers, including Amazon Logistics, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will allow you to monitor the real-time progress and the exact delivery date of your package.

5. Taxes & Domestic Shipping

APEX GARDEN US ships locally from within the United States. There are no additional customs duties or import tariffs for domestic orders. Applicable state sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
